The Details
My MooglyCAL2022 - Block #14 Notes: This pattern features a variety of stitches to keep your hook entertained and brain working! But a word of warning - the urge to second guess this pattern is strong... trust the pattern! There are lots of photos to help as well - it's a fun one!
Helpful Links and Tutorials: Magic Circle, Standing Hdc, Back Loop Only, Post Stitches, Standing Sc, Standing Dc, and Seamless Finishing.
Sizing: I skipped Rnd 15, and that got me right to 12" after Rnd 16. However, everyone's gauge and tension levels are different so be sure to measure as you go. Learn how to adjust for size HERE to make sure all your squares are the same size. Remember that the 12″ is measured across and up and down – not diagonally corner to corner.
What I Did: I used a Furls US-J, 6.0 mm hook, and Red Heart With Love, and my color scheme was as follows (see pics for more info on placement):
A: White
B: Lettuce
C: Tangerine
D: Cornsilk
E: Iced Aqua
Rnd 16: Pewter
This square required light blocking. I used the wet blocking method, or you could use a light steam.
