Block #9:
Butterfly Vibe Afghan Square
by Heart Hook Home
Above is the original made in 3 colors! Below, you can see my version, made with my 4 colors!
The Details:
My Notes: This pattern is perfect for one color - or up to 11 colors! You can have all kinds of fun with this one! I do recommend that you pull the loops of the stitches in the center of each side and that you "ride" or maintain tighter loops are the ends of each side.

Sizing: My square was coming out just a little bit big, so I skipped Rnd 10. But everyone's gauge and tension level are different so be sure to measure as you go. Learn how to adjust for size HERE to make sure all your squares are the same size. Remember that the 12″ is measured across and up and down – not diagonally corner to corner.
What I Did: I used a Furls US-J, 6.0 mm hook and Red Heart With Love, and my color scheme was as follows: Rnd 1-4: Bluebell; Rnd 5-7: True Blue; Rnd 8-9: Navy; Rnd 10:skipped; Rnd 11: White.
This square benefited from a strong blocking. To block this square, I used the wet blocking method and a Chetnanigans BlocksAll Ultra blocking board and Perfecting Strips.

On your “What I Did “ on Block 9, did you get the Rows 1-4 and Rows 5-7 listed correctly?
The colors on your block look reversed.

Whoops, right you are! I'll edit it now - thank you for the heads up!
