The 2014 Moogly Afghan Crochet-a-Long: Block #19!

We're pulling into the final stretch with Block #19! There will be LOTS of posts for the Crochet-a-long over the next couple of months - the last few blocks, lots of joining ideas and techniques, and we'll have to figure out what to do for 2015! And I'll trying to come up with the best way for everyone to show off their finished afghans too! BLOCK #19: Bold Squares

Above is the original, made with 2 colors. Bold indeed! It is a great companion to the OpArt Square, as well as Dayna's other squares, as well as the BLO sts in Dalliance! Below is mine, made with 4 colors:

Now for my notes!

• Moogly tutorial that might help you: BLO
• The pattern itself is well written, and I found no errors! Easy peasy!
• As always, be sure to measure! After Round 12 I was only at 11.5", so I added a Round 13 of BLO sc in each st, working 3 sc in each corner.
• My color pattern was as follows: Round 1-2 Red; Round 3-4 Green; Round 5-6 Blue; Round 7-8 White; Round 9-10 Red; Round 11-12 Green; (extra) Round 13 Blue.
