To change or customize the size of this shawl, use a stitch multiple of 6, plus 1 for the first row.

Just getting back to crochet and knitting after many years. I LOVE this pattern. I wear a 1X top. What would I do to make it a little larger?

I found you on Made It Myself. You have the best instructional videos on knitting and crocheting. Thank you for what you do!

Thank you so much, Linda! To make it larger, you can add 6, 12, 18, 24 (any multiple of 6) to the first row! ♥

Perfect! Thank you! I found your tutorial and will watch that too. Yesterday I watched your tutorial on foundation single and double crochet. Loved that too!

Hi Tamara, I love this shawl and would love to make it but am a little confused by the yarn quantities. It says 720 yards which is a little over 4 skeins if the skein is 179 yards each. Can you please let me know if I need two or three skeins of the main color. Thank you.

Oh my gosh, well clearly I made a mistake, thank you so much for the heads up! I had the wrong info for the yarn skeins, it has been updated to read: 170 g / 6 oz, 288 meters / 315 yards
