Welcome to Hookin On Hump Day #34! I’ve joined Sara from My Merry Messy Life as co-host of this fabulous linky party, and I'm so happy to see all the new faces who've joined up! Usually I work with Sara to highlight the most clicked entry as well as those we think deserve more attention, but this week she is out on maternity leave (congratulations again Sara)! Since it's my first solo run with all this (eek!) I've decided to keep it simple and highlight some of the most popular links this week. It was too hard to choose all by myself, I love them all!
I hope to see even more new blogs here linking up this week! You don’t have to be a designer or a big name blog to join – all you need is to have a post about a project you did that you’d like to show off! You don’t have to enter at both blogs either – an entry on one shows up on both! Twice the exposure! Now let's get to this week's highlights!
#1 – Most Clicked Link was Granny Square Cherub Baby Blanket by Sheila at Creative Design
So pretty! And very inspirational. Love the color combo!
-
#2 –Sunburst Granny Bag by Rajeswari of Diaper Mum - free crochet pattern!
-
#3 – Hair Toy Basket by Busy Fingers Busy Life - free crochet pattern!
-
#4 - Bella Baby Booties by Lola & Choco
-
#5 – Bear by Sandra of Es un mundo Amigurumi
Great job everyone! Now go grab your I’ve Been Featured button and relish in the spotlight. I’ll be pinning you on my Pinterest Board and sometimes featuring you on Facebook and Google+, as will My Merry Messy Life!
Now onto this week’s party! Here are a few simple rules:
- Please link your post back to one of the hostesses – My Merry Messy Life or Moogly or grab the party button here. I’d also really appreciate if you’d follow me on one of my social media links (see the icons at the top left of the page), and I will happily follow back (just leave me a comment that you’re following me from here)!
- Please visit at least one other link and leave a comment on their post so we can really support each other! No linking and running allowed!
- Please remember to link to your actual project URL and not your homepage URL.
- Please, no Etsy stores or other link parties. Just blog posts to your actual projects.
New to the party? To receive reminder emails each week about the party, enter your email here. Otherwise, I won't pester you if you'd rather not receive a reminder!
Barbara
Thank you so much for this link party! I never thought I would make it as a feature!

You're very welcome Barbara! It's a great bag! 😀

New to this. Looks like an interesting website. Can one get the patterns for the items featured? Bye Bee

Hi Bee! There are links to the featured posts underneath, 2 of which are free patterns and one of which is a paid pattern. There are also some links that people will add to the party that will have free patterns! 😀
Miriam
I am so new to this 🙁 how and/or where do I start for a blog of my own? I've knitted, crocheted, embroidered, cross-stitched and worked with plastic canvas most of my 51years and taught myself tatting about 3 years ago. I would love to share my stuff-although things usually get given away before I remember I need a picture, lol!

Miriam I bet you make lovely things! If you'd like to start a blog, I'd suggest going to http://wordpress.com/ - you can start a blog there for free, and they make it pretty easy to get started. 🙂
