These are fabulous and am now onto the third pair - just like all your patterns - I sincerely thank you.

i am having trouble though in working out where the difference lies to make the right one finish on the right hand side and the left finish on the left hand side when except for row 10 increases they appear to be the same - look forward to your sorting me out.

      Xx

        Thank you!

It's the increases at the ball of the foot that makes a difference - that is indeed all! It is a very small difference though - I don't think you could necessarily feel it even while wearing them. 🙂 If you make the top portions and still can't tell, then I wouldn't stress it.

I love these! Have you ever made slippers using the sheepskin soles? I have 2 pairs of toddler soles and would love to use them with a pattern like this...do you think it would work? Thanks again! (PS, I'm a big fan, and have made tons of your stuff!!)

Thank you so much! I have not - but I don't see why it wouldn't work! Just start after the sole instructions! 🙂 You might have to adjust the stitch count a bit, but that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Hi! I ended up with the folded down part being on the inside. Do you work on the WS only on row 9? Or continue to work on the WS to end of pattern? Thanks!!

You just turn the one time - so that when you fold the cuff over, the inside becomes the outside. 🙂

These booties are adorable! Thank you so much for the pattern! I'm sure this is very basic, but... Could you explain what you mean by "TURN" when you work the uppers? Am I to turn them inside out? Turn the piece to work clockwise vs counterclockwise? I appreciate your help.

Hi Cait! It means turn, like when you turn after a row of crochet - so you'll be working from the "inside" of the booties. 🙂 Does that make sense?

Ahh. Yes, it does. It also explains why I needed to turn the booties inside out when I was done -- I had been working the uppers from the "inside," when I had been intended to work from the outside. Lol. Thanks!

I just finished making these booties and I am so pleased with how they turned out plus I learned a couple new stitches. These work up so quick and easy. Thank you for a great pattern.

I love how these turned out! So quick and easy too!
I did the 12 month size and I think there's an extra TURN written in. I looked back and only saw one turn in the smaller sizes. I think I got it all to work out the right way anyways 🙂
Thank you for your wonderful patterns!

I think so, as long as the weight is the same! 🙂
