After designing the Moogly Crochet Uppercase Alphabet, Lowercase Alphabet, Numbers, and Punctuation, there was yet another request – the Greek Alphabet! While I don’t plan on covering every language out there, Greek letters are indeed commonly used in English speaking countries – in math, science, and of course fraternities, sororities, etc. Last week I shared the first half in Part 1 - so here is Part 2!
The Crochet Greek Alphabet: Nu through Omega

- US – F, 3.75mm hook
- Knit Picks Dishie (100% Cotton; Worsted/10 ply; 190 yds/174 m; 3.53 ounces) – 8-10 yds per letter; colorway: Kenai

NOTES:
- These letters are all between 3-4″ tall. If you want a different size letter, use a different yarn weight and hook size!
- Gauge is unimportant – just use a hook smaller than the yarn calls for.
- If you are sewing the letters to something else that is crocheted, leave long tails at the beginning and end to sew them on with.
- To help the letters keep their shape, spray starch on the wrong side of the letter and a hot iron does the trick – just be sure to do this with COTTON ONLY.
