I'd make a teddy bear or some other stuffie. I used to babysit a girl who is all grown up, married and having her first child. Since I'm her de-facto mom, I'm making some items for the baby and I'd love to give her something to cuddle when she's old enough to appreciate it.

One of the first sweaters I knitted was chenille, and it was so comfy and warm. As it aged, it became my winter jamjams top.for a few years, until it just gave out. I'd like to take that idea one step further and make myself a robe.
