Herringbone Half Double Crochet + Bernat Maker = Wow!
To crochet the Casual Crochet Sunglasses Case, I used Bernat Maker yarn. Bernat Maker has consumed my thoughts and my hook for the last month. This yarn brings your stitches to life with unparalleled sharpness and lets the herringbone half double crochet stitch sing.

Maker features a cotton shell and a nylon filling, for the best of both worlds. It has a soft cotton feel that's gentle to the touch, and it provides durability and stability thanks to its nylon core. Plus, with a vibrant range of trendy shades, you can make a Casual Crochet Sunglasses Case to match every bag or outfit!

Sunglasses, Reading Glasses, 3D Glasses!
Glasses can be a big investment - or a $5 impulse buy! Either way, you want to keep them safe. That first scratch on a lens is *such* a bummer! The Casual Crochet Sunglasses Case is made to match the other pieces in the set, but the stitch pattern does double duty here. The hhdc stitch creates a texture that's great to touch and look at, but it also makes a plush but tight fabric to keep your lenses unscathed.

This handy glasses case or pouch features a wrist strap for on-the-go, but it's also long enough to attach to the strap of your favorite bag, or hang from a hook right next to your keys! Follow the step-by-step instructions below, and you'll have one in minutes. Each case uses only 50 yards of yarn, so they're great for craft fairs and bulk gifting too!
