When I was at the Knit and Crochet Show this year, I got a chance to meet Shelby Allaho. Shelby and her husband are the creative minds behind eWoodStory - one of the most unique and gorgeous products at the show! So when the words "giveaway on Moogly" were mentioned, well...
eWoodStory is a collaboration between Shelby, a fantastic crochet designer (click here for her gorgeous patterns!) and her woodworking husband (click here for his instagram - so talented!). They had always wanted to work together and combine their crafts, and eWoodStory is the beautiful result. You can check them out on Etsy, Twitter, and Instagram!
So what is eWoodStory? It's stitchable wooden pieces - some kits, and some starting points waiting for your own inspiration! And some of the most popular are their stunning necklace kits, seen here:
And that's what I get to give away to one lucky winner today! The necklace kit includes:
- microfiber yarn
- two exotic wood pieces
- yarn needle
- CD with both written instructions and a stitch diagram
- a blocking template
The necklace can be made short, which looks like a collar when worn, or longer, depending on the cord length you choose to make. Included in the kit are instructions and enough yarn to make either version. The background of the necklace is crocheted in one piece and then it is blocked and back stitched into the wooden frame pieces.
These kits sell for $29.95 in the WoodStory Etsy Shop - and the winner of the giveaway can choose any necklace kit from the Etsy shop that they like!
The eWoodStory Giveaway on Moogly is open to addresses in the USA and Canada and ends 8/18/15 at 12:15 am Central time. The winner will be notified via email, and needs to respond within 48 hours or a new winner will be chosen. Enter using the Rafflecopter form below – if you are on mobile, you may need to switch to a computer. Only the email entry is mandatory, all other options are for bonus entries only!
