Medium or Worsted weight yarn - that would be a 10-12 ply in the UK. It's the nicest kitchen cotton yarn I've ever used - and it's got lots of uses outside the kitchen!
Red Heart Scrubby Smoothie comes in both solids and prints! The solids have 153 yd (140 m) per 3.5 oz (100 g) ball, and the prints have 131 yd (120 m) per 3.0 oz (85 g) ball.
