How to Crochet a Witch's Hat (or Princess Hat, or Construction Cone...etc!)

Remember! The key to crocheted cones is to use your standard flat circle increases - but insert rows or rounds of stitches worked evenly in between. The more even rows, the narrower and taller the cone will be. The fewer even rows, the wider and shorter it will be!
