    Add this pattern to your Ravelry Queue and Favorites

    US-H, 5.0 mm hook or as needed to get gauge - Furls Streamline used

    Circulo Natural Cotton 4/4 (3-DK; 100% Brazilian virgin cotton; 677 m/741 yds; 400 g/14.1 oz)
    740 yds makes a Table Runner with up to 9 motifs - approximately 80 - 100 yards per motif
    Please note that this yarn is sold in a variety of skein sizes, and I've linked to a smaller skein above.

    Gauge: 7 rows x 5 squares = 4”[10 cm]

    NOTES:

    This pattern is a "choose your own adventure" pattern where you can choose which images you wish to include, in what order, and how many - creating your own custom table runner! You can make them all face in one direction, or switch halfway through so the images face each end of the table. See the pattern instructions below for more info.

    If you would prefer to avoid using the FDC stitch, you can instead chain 54, skip the first 3 chs (counts as first dc) and then dc in each rem ch across. The main goal is to have a Set Up Row of 52 dc stitches, so you can achieve that however you prefer.

    Similarly, if you would prefer to avoid using the CSDC stitch, you can instead chain 3 or use a stacked single crochet or whatever double crochet/turning chain substitute you prefer.

    How to Read Filet The Mix and Match Holiday Filet Table Runner Crochet Charts:

    If right-handed, start at the bottom of the chart, working right-to-left for the first row, left-to-right for the second row, right-to-left for the third row, etc, working your way up the chart.

    If left-handed, start at the bottom of the chart, working left-to-right for the first row, right-to-left for the second row, left-to-right for the third row, etc, working your way up the chart.

    First (Filled Black) Square of Each Row = Beg Block - CSDC in first st, dc in next 2 sts, dc in next dc.

    Filled Black Square = Block - Dc in next 2 sts OR 2 dc in next ch-2 sp, dc in next dc. 

    Open White Square = Mesh - Ch 2, skip next 2 sts OR ch-2 sp, dc in next dc.

    Mix and Match Holiday Filet Table Runner Instructions

    Set Up Row: FDC 52; turn. (52 sts)

    Crochet the charts desired, in the order desired, to the length desired. Each chart adds 8.5 inches to the length of the Table Runner. 

    After each block (excluding the final block), add a transition row as follows: 

    Transition Row: Beg block, Mesh x 15, Block; turn.

    If you wish for the Table Runner halves to both face “out,” switch to following the charts upside down at the halfway point. 

    Last Row: CDSC in first st, *2 dc in the next ch sp, dc in the next dc; rep from * to last 3 sts, dc in last 3 sts, FO.
