Negative Space for Cuddly Crochet
The pattern for the Calming Breezy Throw uses negative space to create the pattern. The fuzzy yarn doesn't allow for any stitch definition, but a "lace" pattern creates interest - and the self-striping adds even more!

Hi Tamara!
I have 4 balls of breezy Bernat blanket. I’d like to make the blanket wider to fit a king bed but not sure how much to increase the pattern. My micheals here no longer sells the breezy Bernat so need to restrict pattern to 4 balls. And maybe 4 balls isn’t enough….in which case it’s a blanket maybe for a queen bed lol.

Hi Kim! This pattern uses a multiple of 6, plus 1. With 4 balls I estimate you could make a blanket approximately 70 x 70", or 76" x 65".

the fdc is to complicated for me im doing it the way i was taught(self tought)
