Hello
My stitch count is correct but there is a bend or curve in the bottom.
Should there be a chain 2 for hdc?
Tamara Kelly says
Some people do prefer to ch 2 for an hdc, I prefer to pull the turning chain up a bit higher instead - you can do whichever you prefer! A curve here is likely because your chain is a little bit tight. If it's a gentle curve, blocking might be enough to fix it. But if it's severe and you redo it, try to make your chains a little bit looser, or use a hook one size up just for chaining. 🙂 I hope that helps!

Hi
What other brand of yarn can you use beside red heart with love?
Tamara Kelly says
Hi Shenaz! Any worsted/medium/4 weight yarn that isn't super stretchy should work! You can check out yarnsub.com for a whole list of recommendations!

Thank you! If I want to just use one color do i just follow the pattern without changing anything?
Tamara Kelly says
Yep, just ignore the color change instructions and keep going! 🙂
