I am loving the Amelia Shawl but there are major important components missing in the pattern.
What size is this?
How can the pattern be altered to fit us plus size ladies (2X)?
Please update this pattern with this info if available
Thanks!
Tamara Kelly
Hello Sharon! The finished size is given in bullet points. You can add any number of sts to make it wider if you like, or add more rows, you just need to adjust the number of v sts later on. 🙂 I'm a 3X and it fits me the way I like, but you can certainly adjust it to fit yourself however you like!

Just finished Amelia Shawl. Loved pattern but because I crochet so loose, was running out of yarn at last v stitch row. Didn't want to bother to order another skein so went to Joanns and got a skein of Buttercream cream and gold ( a mohair metallic blend) repeated the last v stitch row and rows 28,29 and one row of edging. Then sc all the way around. Still gave me drape but a little more edge weight so you wouldnt need to block if you don't want to. It just sets it off remarkably with just a little more structure added. Thank you!!!!!
