Need help to how yo finish the top end
Tamara Kelly
Hi Nandini! What can I do to help you? What part of it is giving you trouble?
Tracy
hello Can you do this using the no chain DC foundation? I find that working directly into a chain is very difficult for me.
Thanks
Tamara Kelly
Hi Tracy! I would recommend starting with a row of FSC to avoid chaining. 🙂
Tracy
Thank you ?
Karen
Thank you. I love the pattern. Your tutorial was great.
Tamara Kelly
😀 Thank you so much!

Hi. Are you able to do this like a C2C? How would you do a decrease?
Tamara Kelly
I don't know, I haven't played with the stitch pattern that way just yet 🙂
Danette
I love this pattern and the colors. It actually reminds me of a peacock with the colors and the shape of the pattern.
Tamara Kelly
Thank you so much Danette! 😀
CHARLENE RHODES
Oh my goodness, I love this pattern and I haven't even finished. I was looking for a afghan pattern for a woman friend and I really don't like granny squares. I made a sorta native American motif but thar seemed to manly for her, and then I got on the shell motif but they seemed more suitable first a baby blanket and then I found your wonderful pattern and it is coming out so nicely.
Thank you for your generosity and talent
Tamara Kelly
Thank you so much Charlene, I'm so glad to hear it! 😀
Donna Frazer
HI, curious if this pattern would work for a Shawl ??? If not do you have a Shawl pattern I could use,?? THANKS ,DonnavFrazeri
Tamara Kelly
Hi Donna! If you would like to make a rectangular wrap, you can just start at one end with either a chain of 74 or 82, and then work to the length desired. 🙂 For a triangular pattern, I haven't published one (yet). 🙂
sarah
hello, i cant pull up the written directions, how many chains and rows would i have to do to make an adult size afghan?
Tamara Kelly
Hi Sarah! The pattern with those details is at https://www.mooglyblog.com/oh-my-blanket/ - Throw/Afghan: Chain 162, 120 rows, 2310 yds 🙂
Lorraine
Hi. I love the Oh My pattern but couldn't decide on three colours. So I choose a single colour and it looks beautiful. So for anyone wondering what colours or can it be single colour, go ahead. I have found that as a single colour I have carte blanche to put any border I want on and it looks magic. So thank you very much.
Tamara Kelly
That's so great to hear, thank you Lorraine!
Karina
I love this pattern I would love to make it for my baby. How would I determine the size for a 0-12months baby.
Tamara Kelly
Hi Karina! And thank you! The pattern has the baby blanket sizing info you need: https://www.mooglyblog.com/oh-my-blanket/ 🙂
Brenda
Love this pattern. Made two baby blankets with it. My question is have you ever used this stitch to make a cardigan? Is there a pattern for one? I think it would be beautiful as a sweater or cardigan.
Tamara Kelly
Thank you so much Brenda! I have not, but I do like that idea! 🙂
Vicki
I am wondering how to do the last row before starting the border.
Tamara Kelly
Hi Vicki! That would be found here: https://www.mooglyblog.com/oh-my-blanket/
Tea
Can you do a video on how to do it. I'm having difficulty trying to understand it
Tamara Kelly
Unfortunately, I cannot make more videos for this pattern at this time, but I can try to add a chart when I have the time!
Anie sheikh
How much yarn is needed to make this blanket for a seven year old?
Tamara Kelly
Hi Anie! You will find sizing and yardage info here: https://www.mooglyblog.com/oh-my-blanket/ 🙂
Lucinda Lewis
Do you have a chart or detailed picture of the last row?
Tamara Kelly
No, just the instructions for Row 120 in the written pattern.
MONI Cockroft
Me gustó mucho este trabajo, ya lo estoy realizando. Al principio tuve un poco de dificultad , pero gracias a tu explicación, me esta quedando casi tan bonito como el tuyo. Muchas gracias.
Tamara Kelly
¡Gracias! 😀
ShellyG
Is there a chart anywhere that will tell me how much of each yarn I need for different sized blankets?? I am new at this and am terrible at the conversions as of yet.
Thanks
Tamara Kelly
Yes! It's included with the written pattern: https://www.mooglyblog.com/oh-my-blanket/ 🙂
Prabha
hi....i am from India..i just love this love this pattern and cant wait to start..can you please tell me how much yarn i would need to make a king size blanket.
Tamara Kelly
Hello Prabha! Thank you so much! Yardage info for all the sizes is at https://www.mooglyblog.com/oh-my-blanket/ 🙂
Mari
I’m having a very hard time trying to finish and start each row. I have to keep rewinding the video. Am I suppose to be using the start rows finish, in some of the following rows. It ends different every other row. Confused
Tamara Kelly
Hi Mari! If you look at the written pattern at https://www.mooglyblog.com/oh-my-blanket/ you'll see that the repeat is Rows 2-5, so no, Row 1 does not get repeated.
Lauren
I am wondering how many ounces of yarn does this pattern call for? I tried to estimate how much is needed but I'm worried I have gotten the wrong number.
Tamara Kelly
Hi Lauren! The yarn amounts for all the different sizes are included in the written pattern linked above: https://www.mooglyblog.com/oh-my-blanket/ 🙂
