V is for Victory Tote!

I originally designed this beautiful crochet bag for "I Like Crochet" Magazine - the June 2015 issue. And now I get to share it on it's own!

This V stitch bag in vintage inspired patriotic colors is perfect for toting anywhere you go – the beach, the park, the carnival, the store, and even to your favorite fireworks display. Take everything you need in style! The V stitch pattern makes it expandable and breathable.

To make this fun pattern, you need to know basic stitches, how to work in rows and rounds, and how to read written patterns. It calls for 5 skeins of Lion Brand Kitchen Cotton - 2 in Hot Pepper (red), 1 in Vanilla (white), and 2 in Blueberry (blue). Add a couple of star shaped buttons to the handy drawstring, and you're all set! Oh wait... you still need the pattern!
