I love Love + Leche lotion bars - they help my hands so much, both in the winter and summer. I'm handing yarn all. day. long. Which is a dreamy career for sure, but very drying! Love + Leche lotion bars are handcrafted "with the help of local nanny goats, who give their rich frothy milk. The golden beeswax, and organic calendula flowers are harvested by our beekeeper and farmer friends here in Northern New Mexico. Our soaps and lotions are hand-poured into artisan bars designed by a local sculptor and inspired by our Santa Fe life. We scent our products using only natural essential oils."
And I love how well the lotion bars soak into my hands - I'm ready to get back to crocheting, or knitting... or typing!... in just moments, but the difference I can feel in my skin is real. The Love Plus Mitts were inspired by the Love + Leche lotion bar tins and logo. And in addition to making a pretty tin, I think they make a lovely pair of fingerless mitts! It's a more advanced stitch pattern, but look at the effect! The pattern includes 2 adult sizes: Teen/Small and Large, and these were made using Lion Brand Wool-Ease.

I am trying to find a pattern of an afghan that is bordered with hearts made as part of the afghan. I made it about 10 years ago for a friend who was getting married, but cannot find the pattern anywhere. Anyone have any suggestions, please? The afghan picture on the pattern as I remember it is white. It is a very pretty afghan. I would like to make it for my granddaughter for her wedding. At my age, I'll be gone by the time she marries, but I thought it would be nice if I could leave it for her.

Living in the US, I work with mostly US companies. But I do try to have as many worldwide or US & Canada as possible! Shipping here has just become too cost prohibitive for many businesses.
