    Squish Slouch Crochet Hat

    Published: Oct 23, 2015 · Modified: Sep 2, 2022 by Tamara Kelly · 13 Comments

Squish is fun to make, fun to say, and now, at popular request, there's a fun matching hat - the Squish Slouch! It's a fab one-skein pattern to match the Squish Cowl!

    Oversized to save your hair!

This hat is oversized, big, and bold! Adding a pompom is optional, but adds a certain something for sure. The Squish Slouch is meant to fit loosely - saving your cold weather hairdo. Combine it with the Squish Cowl for a cozy winter look!

    Adjust the fit for you!

But since it's made from the bottom up, it's easy to customize. Try on the brim after the first 3 rounds, and if it's too big for your comfort, just start over with a smaller hook!

Hello dear Tamara. Sorry to bother you. As I live in the UK. it is impossable to get "SOFT GPIPP HOLDER FOR CROCHET NEEDLES" I have so many crochet hooks but I can not get here any of the one that you put on the hook separetly to make the needle more comfortable for the hands. As I am 8o years old, to hold a needle it is quite hard after using it for some time. Do you have any for sale? I can not afford a set of new needles - as I do not know how long will I use it??Ha, ha, ha! Please let me know? Thank you so very much. Your WEB-site is wonderful! full of wonderful things, and I have learned a lot! Thank you very much. Best wishes and kind regards always:Julie

I think I am going mad. I thought I saw a similar hat on my facebook feed but it was a grown up style with a turned up brim and no bobble. It was the same colours as this hat. Was it you that posted it ? I can't seem to find it now.
