Soft, Squishy Stripes
The Bernat Softly Striped Hexagon Rug (really, a half hexagon!) is worked from the center out, with Bernat Forever Fleece. This yarn is ultra soft and squishy, so this rug is a true delight underfoot! And with Super Bulky yarn, it works up quickly too! And if you'd like it a bit bigger, just keep going ( just be sure to get more yarn too)!
Texture and definition are added by alternating working in the back and front loops only. Using 3 colors means you can change colors every row, without having to cut the yarn. I wanted to create a soothing and relaxing pattern, with a soothing and relaxing result - and I think I succeeded! But of course, you can pick whatever colors you like!
