Red Heart Soft Essentials Baby is a super soft yarn with colorways that are perfect for babies, toddlers, and kids patterns – and I get to give away 10 skeins of it here on Moogly!
Disclaimer: This post was sponsored by Red Heart Yarn, but all opinions are my own.
Red Heart Soft Essentials Baby is a soft and silky, easy-care yarn, available in 14 colorways – both solids and prints!
Red Heart Soft Essentials Baby is 100% acrylic, which means it’s machine washable and dryable – super important when it comes to kids items! The Solids are 256 yds each, and the Prints are 204 yds per ball – a great size!
Red Heart Soft Essentials Baby is a pretty new yarn, but there are currently 7 free patterns up for it on RedHeart.com. And of course, there will be a new Moogly pattern featuring this yarn later this month! (No speak peeks… I haven’t started it yet!)
You can buy Red Heart Soft Essentials Baby directly on RedHeart.com and it’s also available at local Michaels stores!

I’m embarrassed to say this but due to somebody bringing bed bugs into my house I had to pitch my whole supply of yarn. It broke my heart to have to do that We filled half a dumpster full of yarn. I’m now just starting to get more yarn since we now know our problem is gone. I had started a baby blanket for my Granddaughter who was born in Jan I had to toss that to. I really need to make her a blanket and this would be a blessing to win.
Tamara Kelly
Hi Angie! I’m so sorry that happened to you – I know a few people now who’ve gotten bed bugs so I have some small idea of just how terrible it can be. And how easily they are spread! ♥ Fingers crossed!
