Save Money on Yarn This Weekend! The Crafty Coupon Roundup for 2/14/2013

Happy Valentine’s Day! I don’t know about you, but I love yarn, and I love to save money when I buy it! If you feel the same, then read on to see how you can save money on yarn this weekend!

Many of these sales only last through the weekend, so be sure to click on the name of the store for current prices if you’re shopping next week! Make sure too that you know your craft store policies – many take competitor’s coupons, and this can really pay off!

Michaels
On the site, enter your zip code to get the coupons for the store closest to you. This week I got a coupon for 40% off one regularly priced item, good through February 16th. Be sure to check your receipts – there are usually coupons printed at the bottom. Michaels has a mobile app with coupons as well, so be sure to download that if you can. Sign up for the email newsletter, and Like Michaels on Facebook for more coupon opportunities.

This week the yarn sale includes Lion Brand Homespun at 3 for $10, and the entire stock of Lion Brand Yarn is on sale up to 50% off! Sashay and Starbella are also on sale starting today!

The latest flyer features a coupon for 40% off any one regular-priced item good through February 23rd. An additional coupon is good for 50% off starting on the 17th. There’s also a special President’s Sale coupon for 15% off your total purchase which is good the 15th through the 18th. There are also usually flyers inside the front door of the store, so always check the basket on your way in.

To get another Jo-Ann coupon, click the logo above, and at the bottom of the page under Shop, click on Store locator. Enter your zip code (if it doesn’t already show your nearest store). When you get the results, click on “More Store Information” and a link to a coupon will pop up. On the website there is a coupon for 40% off any one item that expires today, February 14th, and an online only coupon code for $2.14 shipping with no minimum purchase, good February 14th only, so check again starting Friday to see the new coupons there. Online you can get also 40% Off the Regular Price of One Item at Joann.com ( Code:AE757 ) – which expires March 16th. There are an iPhone app and a new Android app that include the same 40% off coupon and ad info, and also have a feature that let you check gift card balances. You can now get the same savings on your non-Apple/Android smart phones by visiting m.hobbylobby.com and showing the cashier the coupon on your phone.

Craftsy
Craftsy currently ships to the USA and Canada only, but they should have International shipping options… “soon.” If you are in the US or Canada, they’ve got free shipping for orders over $100. They also offer online crochet classes, which are up to 75% off if you sign up by February 17th!
