This week I've been playing with a new yarn - Red Heart Bunches of Hugs! It's so cute and soft and is working up into a beautiful pattern. So I just have to share - by giving away 5 balls of it on Moogly!

Red Heart Bunches of Hugs is 100% Acrylic, 
Medium or Worsted weight yarn - that would be a 10-12 ply in the UK. And in addition to being soft, cozy, and coming in a gorgeous selection of colors... it comes in some really really big balls!
Each ball of Red Heart Bunches of Hugs weight 14oz, or nearly 400 grams (the Prints are 10 oz and 284 grams). That's 948 yards in the solids, and 678 yards in the prints! This means fewer ends to weave in on your large projects - love that!
Red Heart Bunches of Hugs is available in 18 colors - a series of coordinating prints and solids. I love that there are lots of baby friendly colors, but several that are sophisticated enough for adult garments too!
And one of the other exciting things about Bunches of Hugs is that it is Oeko-Tex certified. I just learned about this designation myself, and I think it's a fantastic thing! This means you can totally trust Red Heart Bunches of Hugs to be free from harmful chemicals (including the legal ones), and safe for use with babies - even worn right up against the skin. ♥

i love the colors shown. I have a retired friend that crochets lap throws for Dialysis patients, and I would love so much to be able to give her this yarn. She spends many hours a day helping patients, and it would be wonderful for her to be given something in return for the love she shows to ill people.
