How cool is this? My only granddaughter and I were discussing yarn bases and fibers yesterday and she decided she liked cotton best. I would make something for her-perhaps an afghan; I made her a quilt a few years back but this would be a new one she could use this winter. She likes the blues, greens and purples palette--smart girl !~!

I am looking a t different cotton yarns to make a shawl for my 89 yo "bonus" mom. She is moving down to Florida with my "bonus" sister. She is always cold and my sister is usually warm/hot. A shawl or shawlette in a washable cotton would be perfect for her. Great color choices!!!
