So what on earth is a Shawl Bobbie? It's pretty self-explanatory once you see one - a shawl pin that's like a big bobby pin! These are ideal for lightweight shawls as well as shawls where you just want a small accent - it looks like you've added a button, with no sewing required! You can see one peeking out of the Brown Butter Shawl below, on the left side:
