This is such a pretty hat! I love it!
Tamara Kelly
Thank you so much, Erica!

Saw this hat Love the look of snow.
I used just a regular gray and a litter white. Looks like snow on the hat.
I challenged myself and with your video I was
able to complete and I love it.
Thank you.
Tamara Kelly
Thank you so much! 🙂
Peggy
This hat seems to run small or I am crocheting tight. How would I incease.
Tamara Kelly
Hi Peggy! Are you getting gauge? You'll need to use whatever hook size gets you to the gauge listed in the pattern. Or you can add another increase round before going to round 5 by working 3 dc sts in between each increase for 12 more stitches. 🙂
Aysha Santana
Hello Tamara
What size hook are you using?
Also how many oz is the ball of yarn?
Tamara Kelly
Hi Aysha! All that info is included in the pattern linked above, or at https://www.mooglyblog.com/hygge-cloud-hat/ 🙂
Aida Hartmann
Hi Tamara! On fb I tired to link you to someone’s comment on attaching a Pom-Pom to a hat. For some reason or another (.....) I don’t know why it wouldn’t let me. In the past, when I type your name, your website link would come up automatically. Is that an error on my part or is there an issue with your site on fb?
Tamara Kelly
Hi Aida! I have no idea, how strange! Facebook is always changing the rules. If it was in a group, sometimes they won't let you tag someone unless they're a member, perhaps that was it?
Patty
My N hook is 10 mm
I’m anxious to get started on this hat - will the difference in hook size make a big difference in outcome of project??
Tamara Kelly
Probably not, at the larger sizes the smaller differences aren't as impactful. Just as long as your gauge is close!
Patty
Thank you for quick response!
Shelly
What changes would I need to make for a toddlers hat? I am not an experienced crochet-er 🙂 but found your video tutorial so helpful.
Thanks.
Tamara Kelly
Thank you! You would probably want to skip Rnds 3-7, skip Rnds 14-15, and stop after Rnd 18 or 19.
