In this month's YouTube live, I'll be making this year's teacher gift live! It's my youngest's last year in elementary school - the end of an era! Grab 25 yards of Super Bulky yarn or equivalent and your 9mm or 10mm hook and whip up a super fast gift with me!

Happy Handle Coffee Cozy (made with Red Heart Evermore and a 9 or 10mm hook)
Note: This pattern is worked in rows, and then later joined to work in the round.
Row 1: Ch 6, hdc in the 2nd ch from the hook and each remaining ch to end, turn. (5 sts)
Row 2 – 5: Ch 1, hdc in each st across, turn. (5 sts) (Flap made)
Round 6: Ch 1, hdc in each st across, ch 10, join to 1st hdc of round with sl st without twisting. (5 hdc, 10 ch)
Round 7: Ch 1, hdc in each st and ch around, join to 1st hdc with sl st. (15 sts)
Round 8 – 11: Ch 1, hdc in each st around, join to 1st hdc with a sl st. (15 sts)
Round 12: Ch 1, hdc in the 1st 4 sts, fold the flap up so that Row 1 is in front of Round 11, as shown below; hdc 5 working through both foundation ch at bottom of Row 1 and Round 11; hdc in remaining 6 sts, break and seamless join to first hdc. (15 sts) Weave in ends.
