Right now I am making my friend a chemo hat with Simply Soft. I realized how good it was for these hats when she started losing her hair, I would love to make more hats for cancer patients... it's not just a normal hat though, it's a character hat... lol Animal the Muppet. So I would love to make fun, wacky hats out of it that they could wear to cheer themselves and others up while they are going through treatment and possibly a tough time with. Ever since I saw a picture of various styles of this yarn in similar colors, the Robin's Egg, plain, speckled, etc, I wanted to make a blanket out of it. I find this yarn to be so pretty. I just wish when shopping online as I mostly do, I could put the various skeins side by side to see which colors go best together so I could recreate that picture. I forgot to save it. 😔 Shopping in store I have found, that there isn't a large selection of thd different shades. But one day I will try my best to get them together. It's one of my goals!! 😉
