    Pom Pom Number Sign

Published: Sep 26, 2017 by Tamara Kelly · Leave a Comment

The Pom Pom Number Sign is a quick and easy way to add color to your next celebration and mark the special day with a cheerful keepsake. Of course, this idea isn't just for numbers - it works well on all letters and large shapes, and is a fun take on the marquees that are so popular!

    SUPPLIES:

To make this Pom Pom Number Sign - or Letter! - you'll need lots of pom poms made with Clover Pom Pom Makers - Clover USA, Amazon US, Amazon CA, Amazon UK, Amazon DE! That calls for yarn and small sharp scissors of course, and in addition you'll need a number or letter form (the one shown was picked up at our local JoAnn Fabrics), and some strong glue, like E6000.

STEP 1: Make pom poms - the number needed will depend on the letter/number size and the size of the pom poms you choose to make. Using the pink Pom Pom Maker I used between 35-40 pom poms. Trim off all ends.

STEP 2: Glue the pom poms to the number, pressing each down firmly!

Voila! Okay, so this one doesn't really take a full "tutorial" - but I wanted to share the products and methods that worked best for me! Want to remember this idea for later? Here's a Pin for you!
