What will 2022 bring? I'm almost scared to guess! But I do know that it will bring lots of wonderful new crochet and knit projects for all of us to enjoy. So my fellow Yarnspirations Stitch Ambassadors and I got brave and put together our best crafty predictions for 2022 - any other predictions are off the table!

1. Crochet - Lily Sugar'n Cream Crochet Lidded Toadstool Basket - cottage core is still going strong, and lately I've been seeing crochet mushrooms pop up all over!
2. Crochet - Bernat Growing Ivy Crochet Blanket - the color of the year may be a pretty periwinkle, but I think green is going to be trending this year as well!
3. Knit - Patons Skirting Around - from the cabled texture to the neutral color to the length, this pretty knit skirt is right on trend indeed!

1. Crochet - Red Heart Alpine Pocket Scarf - what an honor that Mikey picked this one! I do hope that pocket scarves keep going - it's always great to have an extra pocket!
2. Crochet - Patons Pinwheel Bottom Tunisian Crochet Bag - I agree, Tunisian is going to be big in 2022!

2. Knit - Patons Hidden Pocket Steeked Knit Cardigan - are you ready to be brave and bold this year? Extra clever pockets and steeking sound very adventurous to me!

1. Crochet - Bernat Loopy Llama Crochet Blanket - this is one of the best uses for the loop stitch I've seen! So cute and clever!
2. Crochet - Bernat Crochet Twinkle Star Pillows - with the successful launch of the James Webb Space Telescope, the stars are sure to be extra big this year!
