I love making YouTube videos for the Moogly channel - recently we passed 50,000 subscribers! But I also love watching other YouTube channels while I crochet, and one of my favorites is the Lion Brand Yarn channel!
The Lion Brand Yarn YouTube channel features pattern reviews and modeling, looks behind the scenes, video tutorials, and the fantastic Tea with Shira series! Here's Shira Blumenthal, a 5th generation member of the family that started Lion Brand, to tell you a little bit about Lion Brand itself:
I got to meet Shira last year at the Knit and Crochet Show, and it was so fun to sit down with her and chat - and it was filmed for the the Tea with Shira series too! Here's the video:
Shira is great! And I love her rundowns of the most popular patterns too. Here's a super fun one - and I love seeing these crochet patterns modeled on a woman with curves!
There's also some great ideas and trend watching! I love pom poms too!
