(I’m counting down, not up. Got a problem with that? Well…do ya?)
So I’ve decided to branch off a bit from the c-section stuff and put up a recipe of my own invention over at Helium. After Boy-o was born I had yeast that wouldn’t die and it made nursing, and then later pumping, extremely painful. I tried drug after drug but nothing worked. Finally some wise friends convinced me to try a combination of acidophilus and a low carb diet. It worked, and I was thrilled. I invented this recipe for Chicken and Goat Cheese Sandwich Wraps as a solution to the eternal question - What’s for lunch?
Be sure to check it out, and tell me what you think! Don’t be afraid of the goat cheese either - I was nervous about trying it myself, but was very pleasantly surprised. It’s extremely mild and delicious! Enjoy!
UPDATE: I decided since the baby is still sleeping to go ahead and add another recipe - this one for the Ice Cream Pie I mentioned in the previous post. My secret is out!

I can personally vouch for the deliciousity of the pie (the chicken wraps are good too, but come on, you can’t beat ice cream pie).
I might be biased though.
