So. Yeah. Christmas. New Year. Wow. Time man, it flies. Mea culpa?

2007 ended with joy and relaxation. The Producer and I spent New Year’s eve sipping champagne and looking forward to a calmer, more prosperous year to come. No new involved remodeling projects. No new babies. Growth, change, happiness to come.

January 1st, 2008, The Producer decided to clean up the grout around the bathtub. You know, start the year fresh. A few short hours later, the bathroom was down to the studs, and he was stuffing moldy insulation into contractor bags. Excitement! Adventure!

We can’t even be bored when we try.
