Score one for being raised by a mom who knows the value of “found items!” She’d be proud of me today. Because look what I found just down the street, next to some old junk waiting for the garbage pickup:

So, ok they don’t look like much now. But a coat of paint and one easy repair, and we’re golden. Why so happy about some outdated old chairs? Because currently, around our large dining room table, we have four chairs. As you may have noticed, there are five people in our family. Granted, Bon Bon isn’t much for chairs just yet, but within a year or so, we’d be in trouble. And we do like to have friends and family over to eat, and eating in shifts is fun for no one. And have you seen the price of chairs lately?

So yay me and my lack of middle class pride! Just so ya’ll can share in my joy more fully, here’s a free diaper for you. Just so we can start to fill in the space in the dump that I opened up by rescuing the chairs.

However, if I see one of these chairs looking for a home, today’s chairs are toast!
