It's the change of seasons, and sudden shifts in temperature are guaranteed! A wrap is just the thing - easier to put on and take off than a sweater, and a lot easier to lug around than a blanket! There are so many great patterns, so to narrow it down, I've decided today is all about rectangles. So here are 10 free rectangular wrap crochet patterns!

Once again I receive offer for free crochet patterns-can I print them NOOOOOOOOOOOO. Can't you folks just make it easy-if it is free why can't I just print it????? Total waste of time. If I can't find it as a free pattern on LB (where the patterns really are free) I will not bother to even look at them.
Tamara Kelly
There are usually a variety of ways to print them - some great suggestions here! Additionally, many people work straight off the computer or tablet, saving paper. 🙂

I don't have a problem printing the 2 I liked, one of them is a free pdf download on ravelry, and this one: http://www.allfreecrochet.com/Crochet-Wrap-Patterns/Unique-Lace-Crochet-Wrap, I just copy/pasted to a word document and printed it. Why can't you print them?
Nikki
THAT IS what I do to. I downloaded the free Open Office by apache program, which i love btw, and copy and paste into it. You can downsize images or delete images to save ink. I hope this helps1 God Bless you!

I copy paste into word, or screen shot and print, book mark on my tablet. Many ways to print use these patterns. Hey they are free be grateful! Love your blog and the free patterns!
Kim Guzman
Thank you for including my Keiko Wrap, Tamara. 🙂
Tamara Kelly
It's beautiful Kim!
Okara
I went to the website for the last pattern. Hover over the "Download Pattern" and choose the language you want - in this case "English" came up as the only option. Click "English". It should download as a printable pdf. It did for me. If it doesn't work for you maybe you need to adjust some settings? Good luck. 🙂 I love shawls and these are really lovely!
Tamara Kelly
Thank you Okara, glad you enjoyed the roundup! 😀

Had to look up Pierrot's pattern on Ravelry because the link wouldn't work for me.

Tamara Kelly

Silvia
Why is it that it tells you it's a free pattern but then you click on the link and it takes you to Ravelry where you have to pay for the pattern. Ughhhhhhhh.......so flippin annoying!
Tamara Kelly
Hi Silvia! Sometimes the designers change a pattern from free to paid - can you tell me which one it is so I can update the post with the new info?
Kira
The Single Skein Shawl seems to be paid, darnit. I wanted that one.
Tamara Kelly
Oh dear, looks like it's changed. Thank you for the heads up!
Rose Huss
The link for the Sweet Scallop Shawl does not work.
Is it possible to get the pattern?
Thank you!
Tamara Kelly
Hi Rose, thank you for the heads up! I've updated the link with the new URL! 🙂
