The Double the Love Baby Blanket pattern (linked above) includes not only written instructions, but a complete photo tutorial as well! So between the two, I have full confidence that any crocheter with a little bit of experience will be able to make this fun pattern - and learn now skills in the bargain! Here's your Pinterest-ready image to save it for later:
One last note - I really do encourage you to use stitch markers for this pattern. I know when I started crocheting, stitch markers weren't on my list of must-haves. I was wrong! They make crocheting so much easier - and in this pattern, the last thing you want to do is discover you're halfway through with one color, and half the row of the other color is now missing. They are lifesavers!
I hope you give the Double the Love Baby Blanket a chance - I think you'll love the effect you can get with this unique stitch pattern! Be sure to share your photos with me on social media - I can't wait to see what you make!
