I love the car tote! It's exactly what I need. Who knew a 6 year old "needs" to bring so many toys?

Hi Denise! Thank you! All you have to do is click on the names of the patterns you like to be taken to where the pattern is. I'm afraid I cannot email out other people's patterns, as that would be an illegal copyright violation - all I can do is point you in the right direction. 🙂 Best of luck!
sue
im trying to make the car booties but i dont understand how to ss from top to bottom to fininsh it cand u give me more info on that please
Tamara Kelly
Hi Sue!
It's not my pattern, so I haven't made them myself, but I'll see what I can do!
Reading through the pattern, it sounds like you start at the toes and work back toward the heel. Then rounds 8-13 are actually rows - the unworked sts left behind after Round 7 are the foot opening. So what you need to do when you ss from top to bottom to finish is create a seam at the back of the foot/heel - the back of the slipper, covering sole to ankle.
Round/Row 13 is worked all the way across, so you start by slip stitching through the first and last stitch of the previous row, then the second to last and second st of the row, on down til you sl st through the center 2 sts of the previous row. It's very similar to how I made the heel here (with photos!) except I started in the middle of the row and worked up to the ankle - but it might help you visualize: https://www.mooglyblog.com/simple-chunky-cable-crochet-slippers/
I hope that helps! 🙂
